TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF INTERNET AND MOBILE SALE OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS THROUGH THE WEBSITE https://moonce.space/

In accordance with the terms specified in these Regulations, the sale of digital products is possible through the Internet, including through mobile applications installed on devices with Android or iOS systems, offered by Pro Start Technology Sp z o.o. 

1. General rules
   a) The organizer of the online sale of digital products is Pro Start Technology Sp z o.o.
   b) The regulation applies to the sale of digital products carried out through the service on the website https://moonce.space/.
   c) The service enables the purchase of digital products upon payment for the ordered products at the time of purchase.
   d) Placing an order to purchase digital products is equivalent to the Buyer’s acceptance of this Regulation.
   e) In case of issues with the functioning or handling of the payment system, the Buyer may contact the operator of the system at the email address: [email protected].

2. Orders
   a) In order to purchase a digital product, the Buyer should:
   – Select the type and parameters of the desired product,
   – Provide necessary personal information,
   – Make the payment for the selected product.
   b) The availability of products and the termination of their sale are decided by Pro Start Technology Sp z o.o.

3. Payments
   a) Payment for the ordered digital products is made during the ordering process.
   b) The gross price is visible on the website.

4. Delivery
   a) The digital product is delivered to the Buyer upon confirmation of payment acceptance.
   b) The Buyer is obligated to verify the compliance of the received digital product with the placed order.

5. In accordance with applicable regulations, the Buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract after purchasing a digital product, except in cases of cancellation or change of service conditions.

6. Personal Data

   a) By making a purchase, the Buyer agrees to the collection and processing of personal data to the extent necessary to fulfill the order.

   b) The Buyer undertakes to provide true, complete, and lawful data.

   c) The Buyer has the right to access, correct, and update their personal data.

7. Final Provisions

   a) The Seller reserves the right to introduce and withdraw offers and to change product prices without prejudice to the rights acquired by the Buyer.

   b) Changes to the Regulations are effective from the date of their introduction.

   c) Buyers will be notified of Regulation changes via email.

   d) This Regulation is effective from April 1, 2022.
